You will be given two identical keys when you rent a safe deposit box. If you lose one or both keys, you should inform the branch where your account is held immediately.

There are multiple, overlapping alarm systems at our location in Jalan Ipoh. They cover the perimeter, the fabric of the vault and each individual safe deposit box. All our systems are monitored 24 hours a day by specialist stations, which are in direct contact with the police.
